Ko Luen spoke on the Construction Industry Payment &amp; Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA) and recent decisions on CIPAA. The other speakers for the session were Mirella Lechna (Wardy\u0144ski &amp; Partners, Poland), Keith Phillips (Watt Tieder Hoffar &amp; Fitzgerald, LLP, USA) and Dr Christopher Boog (Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd, Singapore).
