{"id":3719,"date":"2016-10-19T12:52:49","date_gmt":"2016-10-19T04:52:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/shooklin.com.my\/?p=3719"},"modified":"2016-10-19T12:52:49","modified_gmt":"2016-10-19T04:52:49","slug":"maybank-sharing-session-by-shook-lin-bok","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/shooklin.com.my\/cn\/news\/maybank-sharing-session-by-shook-lin-bok\/","title":{"rendered":"Maybank Sharing Session by Shook Lin &#038; Bok"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 5 October 2016, Maybank and Shook Lin &amp; Bok came together to organise a sharing session at Menara Maybank with the participation of Maybank&#8217;s personnel and our Mr <a href=\"http:\/\/shooklin.com.my\/lawyers\/partners\/jalalullail-othman\/\">Jalalullail Othman<\/a>, Ms <a href=\"http:\/\/shooklin.com.my\/lawyers\/partners\/yoong-sin-min\/\">Yoong Sin Min<\/a> and Ms <a href=\"http:\/\/shooklin.com.my\/lawyers\/partners\/hoh-kiat-ching\/\">Hoh Kiat Ching<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ms Hoh kick started the event with the topic of &#8220;Ship Financing&#8221;, elaborating on the requirements &amp; procedures of ship registration in Malaysia and well as in the Malaysia International Ship registry. The topic went on to cover documentation for ship mortgage and assignment of earnings &amp; insurance and other security.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Jal Othman then proceeded to present the topic of &#8220;Project Financing&#8221;, where he shared insights on the general nature of concession agreements and terms concerning payment\/charges, construction period, operation and maintenance period.
