The session was moderated by Mr. Loh Chang Woo and the other panellists were Mr. Brad Wang, Mr. Choon Hon Leng and Mr. Jerry Zhang. Mr. Lam and his fellow panellists discussed the importance of arbitration in respect of Belt and Road disputes as well as practical considerations, such as cultural differences and enforcement of arbitral awards.
