Here is what you need to do, as a start.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer these questions:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

(1)<\/strong> Are you a party to a written construction work contract or construction consultancy contract<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

(2)<\/strong> Was the contract entered into on or after 15 April 2014<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

(3) (a)<\/strong> Have you<\/u> (as the contractor \/ sub-contractor \/ supplier \/ sub-supplier \/ consultant) carried out and\/or completed work or rendered services<\/strong> under the said contract but<\/u> not received payment<\/strong> pursuant to the said contract (i.e. unpaid party<\/u>)?<\/p>\n

OR<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

(3) (b)<\/strong> Has your<\/u> contractor \/ sub-contractor \/ supplier \/ sub-supplier \/ consultant carried out and\/or completed work or rendered services<\/strong> under the said contract but<\/u> you have not made payment<\/strong> pursuant to the said contract (i.e. non-paying party<\/u>)?<\/p>\n

If your answer is YES to Questions (1) \u2013 (3) (a) above, you may consider<\/u> CIPAA adjudication as a means to recover payment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If your answer is YES to Questions (1) \u2013 (3) (b) above, you may be exposed<\/u> to a CIPAA adjudication claim.<\/strong><\/p>\n
