旭龄及穆赢得 IFN 2016 年度交易大奖（英文版）
Shook Lin & Bok’s team (led by Mr Jalalullail Othman and assisted by Ms Ng Lay San) has successfully advised Mumtaz Rakyat Sukuk Berhad as the issuers in the launch of its maiden Basel III-compliant Tier 2 Subordinate Sukuk Murabahah Programme of up to RM5 billion with a tenure of 20 years. Mumtaz represents the first time that a development finance institution has issued regulatory capital instruments in Malaysia.
The firm has been named a winner under the IFN Deals of the Year 2016 under the Perpetual & Regulatory category.
