Our Managing Partner and Head of our Intellectual Property, Information Technology & Licensing Department, Michael Soo, spoke on the topic of “ ” during the second session of the forum where he had the pleasure of sharing the stage with YA Datuk Wong Kian Kheong (Court of Appeal Judge), Lim Zhi Jian (RDS Partnership) and David Chiam (QSR Brands).
The forum was officiated by the President of the Court of Appeal, Tan Sri Abang Iskandar Abang Hashim, and saw judges and leading lawyers in the country sharing their views on various issues including valuation disputes, corporate fraud, harassment, ESG, construction and tax.
