ESG National Conference 2024: The Etico-Legal Landscape, Impact and Opportunities
Our partners, Poh Choo Hoe and Wendy Lee Wan Chieh will be speaking at the ESG National Conference 2024 which will be taking place on 19th and 20th June 2024 at Vertical, Bangsar South.
The Chief Justice of Malaysia, YAA Tun Tengku Maimun Binti Tuan Mat, will be delivering the keynote address for the conference and the conference aims to align and assist stakeholders in grasping the core principles of ESG and in offering insights into the nuances of ESG and its ethical and legal intricacies.
Choo Hoe will be speaking at a session entitled Regulatory Scheme and Compliance in Malaysia. Together with him for the session are Karen Cheah Yee Lynn, Former President of the Malaysian Bar, and Norhisham Abd Bahrin, Partner of Azmi & Associates.
Wendy will be speaking at a session entitled Green Intellectual Property: The Protection of Innovations in the Field of Green Technology.
