Overview
Bryan joined Shook Lin & Bok in 2018 and became a partner in 2024. His area of practice is Dispute Resolution, with a focus on Banking and Finance Litigation.
Aside from regularly assisting financial institutions in debt recovery actions, enforcement proceedings (including liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings), and realisation of securities, he has also acted for and defended them in claims involving fraud / conspiracy to defraud, breach of contract, negligence, defamation, and asset-tracing.
He also has experience in diverse types of legal disputes, having acted for corporations and individuals in actions concerning contentious probate proceedings, eviction of squatters, minority oppression / shareholders dispute, landlord-tenancy disputes, defamation, land acquisition and reference, and trespass / nuisance.
He is a contributor to Sweet & Maxwell’s Law and Practice of Injunctions in Malaysia.
