Seminar on Tax Law, the Federal Constitution & Judicial Review
Mr Sudharsanan Thillainathan and Ms Tania Kat-Lin Edwards will be sharing insights on Tax Law in the seminar on “Tax Law, the Federal Constitution and Judicial Review”, in collaboration with the KL Bar. The seminar will examine the key constitutional limits on the taxing powers of the Federation, and the role of Judicial Review in this checking and balance process, from a Malaysian perspective.
